Instead of returning unused products, swap them for another Derméa item. List, receive offers, and match on the platform.
Swap in 4 steps

Pick a product from your order
In Account → Orders, tap the swap icon next to the product you want to list.

Publish your listing
Add a title, short description, and what you want in return. It appears in the swap feed.

Receive offers
Other shoppers send offers on your listing. You review them on the listing detail page.

Confirm the match
Accept the offer you like. Shipping support comes next; matching is digital for now.
What to know for now
- Only products purchased on Derméa can be listed for swap.
- Clear condition and expectations in the listing speed up matches.
- Shipping labels and tracking arrive in a later release.
- After a match, parties coordinate handover themselves for now.
